In Oct '23, after 1 year of working on repositioning a CEO from FMCG to IT industry, we ranked her as a Linkedin Top Voice in her own category, and in less than 0% of contributors in the world. She also became the strongest EE voice in the region, with frequent viral posts.

Analysis, Interviews & Strategy (1 month)
Intensive month-long work 1:1 with the client to extract data needed for the strategy, paired with market research to build a suggestion you can actually implement.

Implementation* & Monitoring (12 months)
We apply the strategy we have built, making adaptations along the way. The most intensive work is in the first 3 months because we are testing the strategy and laying the ground for implementation. After that, we can have weekly workshops and stay in touch if needed. We also send out monthly reports.
*Implementation requires contractual obligation of 12 months. You will see the results fast, but if you can't commit for a year, you should not start working on this at all.
